Hi, I’m Nicole!
My life changed dramatically after both my son and I were diagnosed with advanced cancers. This time in my life was the most challenging I've ever faced, but it became a catalyst for deep transformation. I leaned into healing from every angle: physical, emotional, and spiritual. Stage 4 Thriver was born from that journey, and is a space where I now guide others through their own turning points with compassion, evidence-based tools, and hard-earned wisdom.
I’ve been a certified hypnotherapist since 2012, trained at the Hypnotherapy Training Institute in Corte Madera, California. I earned my Master’s degree from Maryland University of Integrative Health in 2025 and will sit for the National Board for Health and Wellness Coaching exam in July 2025 to earn my nationally recognized credential. With over a decade of experience behind the camera as a wedding and portrait photographer, I bring a creative lens to everything I do. Most importantly, I’m a proud mama, and my greatest motivation is helping others live fully, love fiercely, and heal deeply.
True integration embraces what works from all schools of thought, and has been the key to my healing.

In the summer of 2022, my 4 year old son, Wesley, and I were both diagnosed with advanced cancers. During this time, we were lifted up by an army of community support from both near and far, and #teamroche was born. Wesley inspired hundreds to open their hearts and show kindness and generosity, and brought the very best out of the people whose lives he touched. After battling together for 9 months, Wesley sadly transitioned on June 19, 2023. His memory and legacy are at the heart of Stage 4 Thriver. A small portion of every session fee will be donated to local charities that move mountains for families affected by cancer. I continue to fight for healing for cancer thrivers everywhere; for my son, for myself, and for all of us touched by life threatening illness. I believe we all have access to healing, and it’s my heart and soul mission to help you discover yours. Thank you for considering Stage 4 Thriver. And no matter what, keep thriving!
