New clients must complete a 60-90 minute Discovery Session prior to receiving hypnotherapy. This is critical for Nicole to get to know you and understand your unique needs and goals. This initial price includes the intake session as well as the first 60-90 minute hypnotherapy session. These sessions take place on different days.

Once clients have completed the Discovery Session and first hypnotherapy session, they are free to book subsequent sessions whenever they would like. Nicole's sessions are 60-90 minutes long.
